COPYING/REFRENCING MY ART:
I don't mind if you would like to copy my art if you are doing so simply to learn from it. I DO mind if you copy any part of my art and send it forward it as your original artwork. While, yes, you did actually, physically draw the piece, you were not drawing upon your own sense of anatomy, composition, colour, etc, you were drawing on MY own experience, MY own art. If you do use my art for a copy, simply add ©AtheneNocturna or Heli Levänen somewhere on the work piece so that it'll be known who the real creator of the art is.

USING MY ART ON ANOTHER WEBSITE:
You may use my art on another website (such as your personal webpage) as long as you'll use no more than 10 work pieces, you must not remove my ©, and you have to give a link back to my site. DO NOT link any art pieces directly from my site. This occupies my net and slows down my server. Please save the art in your computer and upload it from your own server please.

PERSONAL ICONS:
You may use my art for your own personal icons on bulletin boards, chat rooms, etc, but you must add a © AtheneNocturna somewhere on the image. Example: do not use art that I have obviously created for other people for their character use. You must obtain permission from them if you wish to use their character's image.



PERSONAL PROJECTS:
You may use my art for your personal project (craft, report, etc) as long as I'll be mentioned as the creator as the origins somewhere in/on the project. You may not sell or mass-produce the work piece unless you and I have worked out an agreement. Should you create a craft project using my art, I would appreciate an image of the final piece for my own curiosity :)

TATTOOS:
Hey, it's your skin people. If you really want a piece of my art on your body, that's YOUR decision, so I ask nothing in return in this instance. If you do get a tattoo of my work, I would love to see it.

RESELLING:
You absolutely may NOT sell or mass produce ANYTHING with my art on it unless you have discussed it with me and obtained a written contract or agreement between the two of us.
